What is my car worth??

I have a 2006 GT 5 Speed with 91k miles it is Satin Silver Premium package and IUP Excellent shape no scratches and one minor dent the size of a dime.

Mods: New GT/CS bumper with Shelby Brake duct bezels
Brembo wheels with new good year F1 tires
Eibach Sportline springs BMR Panhard bar
Eibach front and rear adjustable sway bars
Steeda X5 ball joints
Koni Yellow struts and shocks
Steeda Tri Ax Short Shifter
MBRP axle backs and Pypes O/R X pipe SCT Tuner

I wanting to get a S197 GT500 and the dealer is only offering me $8,000 and KBB retail is $15,500 and trade in $12,600 please tell me what you would value it at, I know I won't get back what I put in it but $8,000 seems really low to me.

I wouldn't take less than 10 trade in. Private sale I would value it around 12.5k-15k. Depending on location etc. 91k miles isn't high but its getting up there.

He's starting at wholesale and going down. Depends on the dealer if they sell it on their lot or wholesale it. If they're going to wholesale it then you won't get crap for it from them. If they wont give at least trade in with adjustments for mileage then sell it privately yourself.

dude don't sell you have an awesome car as is if more power its what you're after just slap a Kenne Bell on it nothings better than the deep growl if a V8 that also screams like a banshee!

My 04 GTO makes almost 700hp (691rwhp) to be exact and I drive it just fine on the street and have no problem getting traction

I have an 07 Gt Vert and was in the same situation as you wanting a new Mustang or maybe even a Shelby. But I decided to keep my car and do some mods to it.
I am very happy with the way it turned out. Got 500 HP and enjoying it.
