H Pipe Question

Today I put an offload h pipe on my car and I'm not too happy with the torque loss down low. It feels like a dog out of the hole compared to a catted x i had before.I'm fully bolted with Pypes long tubes, offload h pipe with Flowmaster American thunder axle backs. My car is dyno tuned and I was wondering would my tuner be able to tweak the tune to help with the torque loss or do I just need to throw a set of cats on to make up for it? Also, I don't really like the way the flowmasters sound with the h pipe now. It's kinda raspy sounding and just doesn't sound the greatest. I'm looking at magnaflow and a few other ab's but I'm just looking for a nice deep tone with not so much rasp. Any suggestions?

Friend of mine is selling his magnaflows I had em an sold em to him... h pipe is better for low end power... so I'm guessing it's the tune... and the h pipe is also better for deeper sound... the flows u have were my first axle back .... they sucked... I'm running borla stingers and hate them too... so what do I know: -/

Ya I don't believe it's in the tune because I didn't even reflash the PCM when I put the h on because the car hasnt thrown any codes yet and ran fine. But the flowmasters just have kind of a tingy/raspy sound over 3500 rpms that I'm not crazy about. How did the magnaflows sound?

That's why it's your tune... it's not throwing a code because your car was tuned to accept no cats in a way.... I promise you change the tune you will feel a difference... the magnaflows sound like a older jaguar v8 kinda like a sporty sound... I liked it but wanted to open the exhaust up.... that's why I sold em
