Have to stll the stang

Well we just had our second baby and we just don't fit I'm probably getting a ford flex or a newer f-150 I'm REALLY gonna miss the car but I might have it for a wile still as I'm going to try and sell it myself no trade ins.

I want another mustang but my budget is probably not going to be more than 10-12k so what's the best year stang I could get for that? I could probably find a higher mileage 05ish stock for that price but I could get an older style and do. Some nice upgrades with the extra $$$

If you look hard enough you should be able to find an 05 or 06. It's not a complete downgrade.

Get an f150 and save your money for your home . You can always get another mustang, family first and the rest will take care of itself.

I'm thinking that's my plan. Gotta take care of the family first. I might get a older 60's mustang for 5-6k and have an ongoing project I've always wanted one

Awesome Stang man. Life has it's sacrifices though. If you could swing 10-12k for another Stang. You could probably find a 99-01 cobra, 03-04 Mach. Good luck man.

Re: Have to stll the stang

Right, unless you mean you're putting 10-12k down, because the way I took your statement, correct me if need be, is that you have 10-12k to spend on a car, total. If that is the case, their both too expensive.

Aw man!! Selling the stang is always hard but the family is worth it. I have a friend who has a project car and it was a lot more work then he bargained for but if your have another car to drive then you can save the money and work on it as your kids grow up hope it all works out and congrats on the new baby!!

One baby is totally fine. 2 is pretty easy too. It's all their stuff. Try putting a double stroller and diaper bags in the trunk.

One kid is totally fine.

Not "hard" but it's not safe either... I would not risk putting a child in a two door anything... I sold my 93 x dps coupe the week I found out my high-school girlfriend showed me the test results... took me 10 years and two kids later to grab me another stang... but I can tell you not having a stang in my life changed me... I was not the same person w/o one... if you think I'm ridiculous watch the movie love of the beast...

BTW I only take my daughters in my car now if we are making short trips...

That is true to a point, but I also have a big 4 door truck. So the tang will not be the main mode of transport
