I have a 06 Mustang GT with FRPP "P" springs, with stock struts/shocks.
The suspension feels like it magnifies the bumps in the road. I didn't realize how bumpy roads really are until I bought this car. The car has Pirelli Nero Zero's. The harshness seemed to get worse with these tires. . I've tried lowering the tire pressure like 5lbs, but it doesn't really help. I just don't see how new struts would take the firmness out of the springs. Say I go over a small bump in the road, wouldn't the bump be transmitted to the frame thru the firm springs?
I must have the worst combination of tires/springs/struts. It seriously feels like I'm driving on wagon wheels.
My wife and I also get a little motion sickness on long drives, and I totally understand how new struts could help with that, (because of the extra bounceness), but for small bumps in the road, would new struts really help?

What size wheels and tires do you have? I used to feel every bump in the road before I changed wheels and tires. It was so bad my wife wouldn't even ride with me anymore.

New struts might help, but if the tires are extremely stiff then that could be your problem as well.

Mine is also bumpy and stiff as hell, and I have Eibach sportlines with Koni yellow and 19's 275/35/19 front and 285/34/19 rear. But that's what happens when u get stiff lowered springs and shocks
