$&@***+%&@$ exhaust leak!!

This ******* thing has been driving me crazy and now it's worse than ever. Horrible exhaust leak from the passenger side manifold bolts that hold the pipe on. I've had it to the shop 3 diffrent times. Spent over $200 in labor and every time it sounds GREAT for about a week than the leak gets worse and worse

I can't even change back to the stock H because the F****** manifold bolts are totally locked up and I can't budge them even with good air tools.

I am just so F****** pissed off I'm embarrassed to drive my car around because it just sounds horrible.

The shop told me it would be $80 a bolt to get the bolts off PLUS the time to install the stock pipe.

I'm trying to sell the car too so I cant put longtubes on it.. That would just bypass the whole damn problem and get rid of the manifolds the bolts AND the summit racing H pipe from hell (must be from hell with all the problems I've had)

What should I do? I doubt I can sell the car with an exhaust leak this bad..

Yea got it in march. Wife is making my life miserable over it so It's gotta go. If I was keeping the car it would have longtube headers and FRPP hit rod cams on it before the end of the month lol. This exhaust leak is just killing me tho. I can NOT get those bolts off

Agreed with above, they aren't fixing it correctly if it keeps coming back worse. Take it somewhere else, and $80 per bolt my hairy white ***... How have they been repairing it? Also get some PB blasted or something and soak down those bolts and make those damn bolts your f****** b******

I soaked them in PBS every 10 minutes for an hour. Than I broke a ratchet trying to pop the bolt :/

Nope, gotta soak it once or twice a day for 2 days, that oughta do the trick, then get a breaker bar, not a ratchet and a cheater bar if need be for extra leverage

You might as well piss on it as to use pb blaster. Aero kroil, twister, or zep are the only oils worth buying.

Yes everything suggested. On the passenger side the bolts might as well be welded to the pipe. Even air tools ate useless.

How do you replace those bolts once they are off? They are part of the exhaust manifold .. (headers I guess) .. So I guess I'd have to replace them with the shorty headers? Plus replace the whole H pipe ?... Dammit
