LED lighting

I have a 07 GT building my own ambiant lighting system. My problem is that the LEDs are to bright. I trying to find the right resistor. Need to half the light intensity....any suggestions?

Are you just replacing all the bulbs that show green or is there more to it?? I'm curious and uninformed in this area me 05 has the 6 gauge my color installed but the green lighting looks crappy with most of the color combos lol

Go to radio shack and buy a hand full, clamp them in til you figure it out then solder it in. Resistors cost only penneys.
