A tb brings everything together and makes the motor operate more efficiently... in turn creating better performance, how much performance?? Only time will tell... I will be running radials when I go...

And 4:10s depending on your set up are not always best... don't you people watch pinks all out lol

Haha, I havent watch pinks in years. I didn't know they still aired it. hehe.

A TB is dyno proven to BARELY help. Your description of the TB is on paper, in the real world the difference is negligible. When do you plan on running?

Also, 4.10s in an n/a car is a no brainer mod. .3 tenths optimally. Worth every penny.

That's why I said depending on set up... correct me if I'm wrong... in theory a full bolt on car on street tires with 4:10s leaves very little room for error per launching.... I would think 3:73s or 3:55 would allow more consistent times... maybe not... all my stangs that I've tracked had 4:10s so I don't know... I don't plan on going to the strip but once a year to see improvement based on that years mods... I'm building it up for road race and 4:10s are not good for that...

I hope to go in early October when it's cooler and I will have to have LCAs on and spear set of radials ... otherwise I'll just wait. I don't truly care to run it until I have a new dd

Yes but that would only be an accurate comparison if all other parameters were the same. Such as humidity, weather, and 60' near the exact one.

I agree that my 4.10s make launching very needy of precision. BUt I will take faster over consistent. Unless I was racing for prizes.

I love 4:10s ... I'd rather have them but I'd rather hit great times through turns as opposed to in a straight line... I'd be incredibly surprised if I could nit hit 12s as I sit w good street tires... not the hard glass tires I have now lol
