It should be just fine!.. Only thing it will do is throw a couple of odes, that you can clear out once you get the tuner!..
What tuner are you getting?..

You'll get cel for the o2s, shouldn't hurt anything. I installed headers and o/rx and I got the o2 cel for three months before they got my tune right.

Your car will run fine with an o/r x-pipe but it will throw a code. Many people either turn the rear o2s off or get MIL eliminators. Either way you don't have to get a tune to run just the x pipe.
You'll be good.

If they couldn't get that part right, who knows what else was wrong. And I was also getting a/f cel. Car runs like it has the stock tune now, if you call that great. For $400 I think it sux. ---------- Post added at 10:30 AM ---------- Previous post was at 10:27 AM ---------- I've only burned a little over half tank of gas this summer, if that tells you anything.

I have nothing but great things to say about my email tunes. After my most recent run, my dyno tune performed worse than my email tune. Cars were great when all you did was turn the screw on the carb and run again haha

tricks your rear o2 sensor into thinking there is a working cat in front of it. It dose so by limiting the amount of exhaust gas's that reach the rear o2 sensor. If the rear sensor see's less un burnt fuel in the exhaust then the front sensor it thinks there is a working cat in front if it so no check engine light . Its not a perfect fix you will still throw a DTC light from time to time but normally takes a while so you just clear the code. Won't pass a sniffer test but will normally get you through a OBDII plug in emmisions test
