Wheel Widening?

I currently have 17x8 wheels on my car that are stock. They kinda look like the 03-04 SVT Cobra wheels just a replica and in my opinion they are super skinny and when you stand from the back you can really tell. I have 1.5" wheel spacers on them and they look good and I really don't wanna have to buy a whole new set of wheels and tires cause they look really good for stock. I really want that aggressive american muscle wide back tires. I was just wondering where is the cheapest place but also does a really good place in the US. I live in Missouri if that helps. I'd like to widened them from 17x8 to 17x10.5.

Thanks guys.

Place in Dallas does it for $200 each wheel... 17x10 is what I would do.. run a 305 I don't think a 315 would fit...

BTW on a 8" wide wheel you can run a 275... a lot less expensive if you ask me... run a 255 up front and a 275 out back...

I run a 275/40R18 on my stock 8.5 inch wheels and they look pretty good.

Yeah I heard that but makes the tire too fat and too much side wall. Kinda like a truck with huge tires lol. I know a buddy of mine has 17x10.5s running 315s on the back and fit perfectly and that's what you get on AM when you get 17" wheel sets so I don't have to worry about that. I am just curious how 275s would look on a stock 17x8 wheel..

Auto crossing is more or less for smaller cars...

Road racing aka road course (actual track)

Not even the same thing...

And I'm just telling you what I've been told... again have not done it yet...
