O2 sensor change help - Mustang Evolution

O2 sensor change help

I'm trying to change the o2 sensor on my car b4 the catalytic converters. I just crawled underneath and I don't know if I will be able to get my hand in that whole to unplug the sensor. Has anyone tried this or know of an easier way?

i use a really long flat head to press the clip and another flat head to push them apart...its installing it that sucks..long needle nose pliers help (i use 14")

I believe these might be better accessed from the topside than underneath.
