20's don't affect your speedometer. anything over 20's and then it will throw your speedometer off

It actually does affect it but really only past 70mph and its not a lot. You can adjust it with your tuner

Depends on how much you want to spend. There's Michelin, bridgestone, Nitto, toyo, sumitomo etc. Lots of good tires out there just depends what you want to spend on a set of tires
