I don't like anything bigger than an 18 personally. But if you're gonna go that big I'd do a multi spoke

Yea, sorry I should have been more specific lol. But I LOVE the Saleen style 20s! Those are probably the only big wheel I like on mustangs.

Staggered looks bad ***. Just look around at different wheel companies and see which wheels you like the best

everyone has their own opinion in what rims look best etc, just make sure they fit right (backspacing and width is good). If you want to rotate then you will need the same size rim front/back. With 20s you wont get a ton of life so expect new tires 30-50k miles.

If you buy tires from someone like discounttiresdirect they generally offer offsets in prices if the tires dont meet the manuf. recommended miles. Alignment and such plays in here so keep that in spec.

as far as tire sizes.... dont go to narrow. If you dont plan to run a good tire size then dont buy a rim wide enough to need a different tire size

8 inch wide tires 245-255
9 inch wide tires 265-275 (275 preferred)
10 inch wide tires 285-295-305

Thanks for the info. Why does a 20 have short tire life?

There's no sidewall to flex so the tread gets beat up.

The less sidewall you have, the harder the tires are, the faster they wear. And with any tires for these cars they're gonna be performance oriented so they're not gonna last long anyway

Ya smaller rims you'll have more side wall and less punishing on the tread so better wear overall

Do you have better handling with bigger or smaller rims?

19 vs 20 wont be that much different in terms of tire life so I wouldnt let that be the only deciding factor.

look around and all sorts of companies/sites and pick out what works good. I recommend pricing tires separate and together and remember those stupid sensors in the newer cars are going to have to be included and installed (and calibrated by ford after you mount them)

Hey thanks they look awesome on your car. Iam going 19s or 20s but i steer more towards 20s because tires aren't as expensive 19s are must be From being a odd size

the only reason I ended up buy the 20's is because when I went to buy new rubber for my 18" boss rims all I get find was some perellis or pilots for like 300 each :-/ I don't know if you've seen any of my melting rubber vids but I will burn off a brand new set of rubber if there is a camera around lol now I get brand new 20" rubber for $139 sounded like the right size rim for me lol
