No you don't need new gasket but some recommend a new one since you have intake off. All in all very easy install

your gaskets will be fine unless you notice a tear or something.. you will require a modification to your tune though

Hey when you guys tighten it all down did you use specs or just hand tight?

I just hand tighten down but be sure to do It in the order that is required to be sure it is fully seated

New gasket since simply, why not? You are already there and then you know that is one part of maintenance that is done.
