Clutch install??

I have a 06 GT with 102k and the clutch is starting to slip a little, I'm looking at the McLeod clutch do I need a new flywheel and throw out bearing? And how much is it typically to install a clutch?

Labor should be like $300. Dunno about the flywheel. I've had tons of people tell me about how much they love those twin disc clutches. Apparently it has the same pedal feel of a Hyundai accent. Which you basically can't even feel the pedal under your foot lol.
