Tips on cutting rad cover for hood pins?

Guess I should have bought a precut one, but was afraid my hood pin brackets may not line up.

Hood pins are already installed I'm just replacing the rad cover that was cut but previous owner.

Looking for tips on cutting/drilling? It's a Shelby hood pin set.

Any pictures would be good too.
Thanks guys

Go to American muscle website. They sell those and I think they have a step by step install sheet.

I'd use a dremel to cut the rad cover since its plastic. I just installed some on my sons 67, no rad cover of course. I used a small drill bit to start and then went up to a step drill. You have to be real careful with regular drill bits, the thin sheet metal grabs the bit.
I guess I'm not really sure what your question is.
