Raspy Exhaust Cures?

I've got long tube BBK's hi flow cats with x pipe. Stock mufflers. I want my stock deeper throatier sound back. Any suggestions? Anyone hear of these new flow back mufflers? They wrap back though themselves before exiting the exhaust port. Saw them on eBay.

When you changed the stock H pipe to the X pipe that in return gave you a raspy sounding exhaust. I believe you could try just about any aftermarket muffler but still have a small hint of a raspy sound. I could be wrong but from the info I have gathered over the years once you change that H to X or vise versa some things you can't change lol..

Yeah you want the H pipe. And a proper chambered muffler. No bullet style mufflers. The X pipes are raspy.

I almost forgot about those! You can get a deep tone with them, but there is nothing like the deep tone of a H pipe!

The most important thing is the muffler, you guys all say which muffler sounds better but almost all of them are the same glass packs and sound the same, flowmasters will help alot and an H pipe will do more if your still not satisfied

The only muffler I have heard with an x pipe that I like and is deep is magnaflow.
