I'd check to see if its stolen lol.
Definitely pull a carfax and take it to a shop, put it on a lift. Make sure it's straight. For 10k, I'd run it thru a gauntlet of tests. There's over 10k just in the doors, hood, body kit and paint. So you need to see what lies beneath all the lipstick

I'd clean up those front fenders too. If its not functional, I'd remove it.
The headlights are the same as I have in mine. $249.00 from AM. So there's $249 of the 10k lol

Another thing I see, the rear bumper, it's all smoothed out. Can't remove it. So if you get in a fender bender, it could amount to a high repair bill. Someone spent some moola having that done tho

I would definitely be weary of that targa top. That's obviously not a factory option so they had to cut the roof. I'd also check and see if they beefed up the bracing under the car or in the doors or around the windshield. Cutting the roof off a hard top car takes out a lot of the structural integrity of the car. I know that the s197's were all designed as convertibles, so they should be rather rigid regardless, but that top would scare the crap out of me personally.

Transformer emblems would have to go. Spoiler would go. Whatever the hell they added to the front fenders would go. And the side skirts would have to be changed. And put some decent wheels on it.
But the top bein chopped is kinda a deal breaker in itself
Looks like it was built more for show than go

I'd get rid of those Lambo doors. If its not one of the better high dollar kits, it's gonna give you a **** ton of grief down the road.

Why didn't you buy that Saleen clone? I thought that one was done tastefully and it looked like it has been taken care of.

I didnt like it the pwner let me test drive it and it was a beauty. But ive been talking to my dad and id much rather look for an 06-08 gt that is close to base and mod it myself. I want it black also, that was the main reason

you're wanting as close to base but asked us our opinions on something that has been to hell and back visual mod wise.....nothing looks good on that car but the color. i'd go to a dealer and look for a stock one...nothing done not even exhuast. start from scratch..however i still think at your age a v6 is a good choice

That thing is an abomination.
And even Lamborghinis don't have Lambo doors anymore.

But that's somebody else's style though bro, when I was looking. I had a similar situation, she was fully loaded roush kit , roush intake, 20" wheels "black", etc etc. I was gonna go for it but then I was like " I wanna " my style" on "my car" and get the things "I want" to add. I've said this before and say it again there is no better feeling when you create your Stang your way from the ground up and everyone gives you props for it... "PRICELESS"

I found mines when she was around 15,000 miles, almost brand new and I've been adding to her ever since. So much fun taking pictures after every upgrade to see where you've come from that's what makes it so fun and addictive

Im not really feeling it get rid of the body kit and doors. Honestly I would look for a stock one I can customize myself.

kill it...kill it with fire. That thing is gross and probably had a salvage title.

I picked up my bone stock 06 with only 24,000 miles on it a month ago...good deals can be found...just have some patience.
