How do i install this mod?

I have a JLT cold air intake I got for dirt cheap was going to install it tonight BUT what the hell do I do with this thing? Is it the MAF? There is no place for it on the CAI.. I had a FRPP CAI before and it had a place for this to fit.

Youll find them at any autoparts next to the cai's and replacement filters ...id take your car up there with the cai in hand to get the right size.
