Error code P0174

I keep getting this error code when I check my fault codes. I replaced the fuel filter and cleaned the MAF sensor a few months ago and it went away for awhile but came back.

The code says that bank 2 is running lean. I checked the voltages for the O2 sensors with my obd2 and my phone and they seemed OK and each had pretty consistent voltage patterns. If anything the sensor on bank 1 was more erratic than the one on bank 2.

Anyone have any suggestions as so what it is?

I hear it could also be an exhaust leak but I can't really hear any leak and I haven't seen any areas that look like they have been leaking.

It could also be something as simple as a small leak.
Make sure there's no cracked hoses as a small
vacuum leak can cause this code.Check to make sure
you don't have any leaks around the O2 sensors.

When I got the same code I had cleaned my air filter and over oiled it.

Yeah this first came up after I cleaned and re-oiled my filter in the fall. I cleaned the MAF and cleared the code and it went away until a few days ago. I cleaned the MAF (used a cotton swab on it also and a good amount of dirt ended up on the swab, could be it?), topped off the oil, cleared the code and tested for a vacuum leak. I didn't find a vacuum leak after spraying carb cleaner all over the intake and top of the motor, so I think that's out of the question.

I do see a small exhaust leak where my midpipe and Pypes M80's connect and lead to the catback. I may try to get that straightened out because I read that may be it.

If it comes back on I think I'm just gonna bite the bullet and put new 02 sensors in, I probably need them anway.

I doubt it's ur 02's? I actually tried to clean my over oiled CAI filter, but it still put the code out. So I bought a new filter at Pep Boys and I have not received any codes since then.
