Shift Knob

I'm looking to replace the stock shift Knob and I cant decide which one to get.
The one I was looking at from AM is now out of stock and the one from Autozone is in stock.
This is the one from AM Chrome 2010 Style Mustang Shift Knob (05-10) at AmericanMuscle - Free Shipping!
This is the one from Autozone Pilot Automotive/Multi color LED shift knob (PM-2105M) | Shift Knobs | AutoZone.com

The one AM sells is laughably small...just forget it.

I ordered a brushed aluminum knob by UPR from CJ pony parts...they also have an outstanding collection of colored ones with all sorts of designs on them.
And there's also this place that has a very cool selection of old school and unique knobs
Custom Shift Knobs, Cool Shift Knobs, Shifters & Custom Interior Accessories American Shifter who I will be ordering from when I get my custom one ready to order.

Plz don't get a ricer light up shift knob... Ever considered the 03/04 Terminator style?

http://www.americanmuscle.com/frppshift.html

I'm assuming the thread size is the same for the 05-09 cars but I could be wrong.

Mine gets pretty hot, it's starting to get hot here in AZ, but it cools down pretty quickly once the inside temp drops with the ac. I'm happy with it.

Good luck, it's like the size of a golf ball. A friend of mine had one. Sent it back. ]

I got mine today. It is kind of small but its not uncomfortable to me. You could always do a pool ball knob if you want it bigger.
