To have a nice daily driver that is also powerful.

I'm not into racing. Just giving my two cents. I can see how nitrous would be worth it to some people, just not for me.

Nitrous isnt as risky as it use to be...with that being said its a good power adder for someone who isn't wanting to drop a few grand into forced induction.
Imo i think its better to wait and save up for f/i, but if you want a good cheaper power adder go nitrous

Nitrous is a power adder like anything else in this "category". It is a little more risky than said supercharger or a turbo or two, BUT.. It's still a power and can be used as a good/cost effective way to boost your mustang into the next power level range. I always looked at nitrous and the Fast and Furious type nitrous (lol) but it's essentially exactly that. You can forge the internals and get a whole rotating assembly and a clutch and be set for 175 shot. However, if your like Mark, you'll go to the grocery to get your girl some tampons, some Tylenol for her head ache, and come on back home. IF your like the "rest of us", you'll do that same event completely sideways lmao

Heck yes to the sideways! That's my daughters favorite car ride right there.

They are just giving you a hard time. My dad owns a corvette, completely stock and has no intentions of modifying or racing it, I give him crap all the time.

One thing that ive learned is that everyone has a different point of view on things and you cant do anything but respect it... I don't know if you have ever raced on a drag strip... not the street.. but there is no other filling like it... Also or if you have ever been in a car with nitrous its addicting... And its all safe just some people will always do dumb things like running a 150 shot on stock internals and those are always the stories that you hear.. Nitrous is just another form of force induction...

I just like the idea of supercharger over nitrous because you don't run out of boost like you do nitrous.
