Cold Air Decision...

This question has been asked tens-of-thousands of times I am sure. But, I am currently in the market for a cold air/tuner combo. It is between the $619.99 Airraid and Bama tuner or the $579.99 JLT and Bama tuner. Any suggestions? JLT has a quick +1 for me currently because I really like the look of it (and the price).

Thanks guys

I would go with the JLT, that's what I have and I love it.

You really can't go wrong with either of these systems! They're two of the best CAI's you can get for your Mustang. They're going to make very similar power and produce the exact same results! I would recommend going with whatever system you like better.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questions or need some assistance. Our Mustang Experts are here Monday-Friday from 9AM-9PM EST and Saturdays from 9AM-5:30PM EST. If you want to hit them up, their number is 866.727.1266. I can also have one of them call you directly.

It all comes down to personal preference. They'll both produce the same level of output in terms of freed horses, but either way, they're both awesome.

Thanks a lot everyone for the quick replies! I think I'm going to pull the trigger on the JLT and Bama tuner combo in the very near future. I'm new to the forum, so thanks for the advice/warm welcome.

I just bought the JLT combo because I got a good deal on it and looks very nice and love it. The tune is (what MANY people have said before) completely a "night" and "day" difference... Quotations to stress how much of a difference it is, haha.

You can have the JLT painted body color as well... Although I don't think American muscle has that option (I wish they did).

If you'd like it painted, order it from www.jlttruecoldair.com. You'd have to buy the tuner from AM.
