The other guy that put this kit on his car made 514 I believe on 10psi. But didn't have a built motor and popped it. Sounds like you should get another opinion

Maybe the turbo was hurt when you blew the last motor.

With all these numbers coming out, remember it all depends on several factors when trying to compare...temp/humidity and type of dyno being at the top of the comparison questions.

It's very important, connect it as soon as you can. Need to read 11.5 - 11.8 on that gauge during WOT pulls to make sure that the fuel is dial. Just my advice.
We want to hear the BOV sound on a video. Good luck!

Get some good tires!! I have 295 toyo proxy 4's in the rear and it will boil the tires with 3.55 rear gears. And... I've done my suspension. It is a blast though. Enjoy!!!

Oh I am, there a must, boost doesn't hit in 1st gear at all but it's almost instant in second.

No according to my boost gauge there's no boost, but from what I hear that's normal and no big issue.

---------- Post added at 11:10 PM ---------- Previous post was at 11:09 PM ----------

Well it builds boost but it's very little

Ok I think I got it figured out. My logic is that 1st gear is so quick my turbo just doesn't have time to make full boost. I'm in 1st for all of 2 seconds.

I had a coolant leak also. The problem was a radiator hose was loose and a faulty coil. Man that was close.

Check your #6 coil. I would clear the codes & swap #6 with another one & see if the code comes back. If it does I would think you got a bad coil.
