look at it this way, once you get it all done and be able to start it up knowing you have it done right this time and all the new internals and turbo it will be one sweet car man! it's not even my build and I'm stoked lol

Naww can't find a decent pair that would work with the turbo. And I only wanted them for the sound so turbo cams weren't an option.

Brenspeed has some good cams that would go good with your setup. They're the supercharger cams but they would work just as good with what you'll have.

They are good cams even without boost, but they are compatible with boost. I have Comp Cam Mutha Thumpers, and I kind of regret not getting brenspeed cams.

They have a cam that is built for boosted motors and N/A motors. Both are awesom

I have been (delightfully) following this build the entire time, and for some reason IM excited for you. But I'm still curious as to how much *all said and done* your looking at? What kinda cash has went into this so far and what will be the final ticket so to speak next week?

Well let's see here, between the kit, the 1st ****** blowing the motor and heads having to be replaced. The cost of misc. replacement parts, the cost of labor for the new shop swapping the motor, reinstalling the turbo, and dyno tuning it, I'm out of...you ready for this? Around $11,000

---------- Post added at 12:04 PM ---------- Previous post was at 12:03 PM ----------

The bill they're giving me is $5,200

---------- Post added at 12:06 PM ---------- Previous post was at 12:04 PM ----------

Cost of misc. parts like new cam lifters etc. was like $1,500

Yes, yes I know. If my dad didn't step in and help flip the bill my car would've just been a loss.
