Best cams

I'm looking for cams best for power If I get some I want the best ones. What do I need to run them and were to find all the parts. Iv already got cold air intake and full cat back. Underdrive pulleys and tuner. I want the most gains with the cams. And how hard is install I'm pretty mechanically inclined

FRPP hot rod cams have good power gains and an awesome sound with them as we'll ( that's what I'm running). But if you are looking for the best power a can can give you the Detroit rockers is the way to go.

Install is pretty easy as long as you follow the directions carefully And take your time. I did the frpp cams with a buddy and it went smooth. Did need a 3v spring compressor and a timing wedge which costed a couple all toghter

Stages vary with manufacturer. Usually stage 3 is a tier 1 type of product for most companies, maybe tier 2. As a DD, don't go with a stage 3. Those cams are usually meant for the track and are not worth the money in a DD. as for what would be recommended to use with the cam: get a set of heads and an intake manifold to MATCH the cam specs. Those 2 parts work with the cam and be sure you match them or you'll lose power.

Like I said before, they are meant for track (most are anyways.) Mpgs might show a difference and you might get a complaint call from your neighbors. It's not worth the money for a DD. it gives you a lot of power you don't need.
