After market dome lights

I bought a pair of dome lights off eBay to get rid of that gross pale yellow color. However even when the lights and car is off, the lights still have a faint blue light coming from then? Does anyone else have after market dome lights that do this? Will it drain the battery?

LEDs use a very small amount of electricity and therefore they can run off the a residual amount of voltage for a while. It will eventually completely discharge, but it's not hurting anything.

Yeah my LED's stay on for a bit also. The product sheet in the box also mentioned that they may stay on after being on for a bit but that that is normal and will turn off completely after a little while. No biggie!
