More strange transmission noises..

So it only happens every now and then but it's usually quite prominent when I drive hard. Almost every time I depress the clutch, I get a nice steady rattle. As soon as I lift the clutch an inch or so it goes away.

It only seems to happen when I'm stopped or moving slow. (Or maybe that's the only time I can hear it)

Any ideas?

Interesting. Is that just from the owners manual?

That is from the Haynes Repair Manuel. And this is from Ford W.S.M. ( F3 ) Clutch release bearing.

More than likely it's your throw out bearing, mine did the same and that's what it was. It kept getting worse until one day it leaked fluid everywhere and the clutch pedal went straight to the floor with a little tap. It wouldn't go into any gear.
