Cooling engine

My engine is always super hot after I drive it, is there anything I can put to make it cool the motor down and maybe add some horsepower?

I had to think this one out. I thought for sure you were kidding everyone about Engine Ice, Invision27. So I looked it up and it does exist.

Engine ice works great.
I run it in my stroked out turbocharged motorcycle engines.
I will overheat without it, with it I could drive them in traffic.....
