Raked!

Hey. So I've heard the term "raked" used as a car that's front end is low and the rear is relatively high. I'm thinking down the road I might want this type of look. I know the lowered look is also pretty nice but I know how I would do that if I went that route.

Question is how do I get that look, what parts do I buy?
Something like this

Only way that will look good is if you have fat tires on the back like on the picture. And you could lower the front a little and just put on some big rears like radials

well first off...they have the image tilted a tiny bit to make it appear more raked then usual. the buildings behind it give that away, but to achieve a raked look you'll use different spring and tire height combos.

Its easy...what springs are you running? If you have your stockers sitting around. Cut the rear springs half a coil and swap them with your rears...no isolators...should give you the rake you want and some nice weight transfer.

I've cut 1.25 of my old springs to test and it was the same height and I didn't feel like redoing it again lmao. Also running sportlines. I wanna keep my rear as low as it is now and have the front lower lol

You can keep the factory rake if you lower the car the same front and rear, or buy a 1.5" drop spring for the front and a 1" for the rear but to keep a stable ride you'll need to make sure the spring rates aren't crazy from front to rear.

Mine has a rake to it and all I did was lower it 1.5 front and rear.

You shouldn't. The coil overs should already have that adjustment
