bump stops?

Alright so I searched and was very limited to what I could find on here, I have k springs on the car and never changed or replaced the bump stops. I did noticed that my rear end of the car has more of a tire to fender gap than the front? I know cutting the bump stops wont change this but where the bump stop is and looking at the frame there is maybe a half inch between the two, would this hinder the spring from settling in? or am I just over thinking this entire thing a little to much. Would cutting it help it rebound more and not be as stiff of a ride as well?

The bump stops will not prevent your cars springs from settling.

The FRPP jounce bump stops are a different density. The bump stops are considered part of your suspension from an engineering standpoint and are required so you don't bottomout. They provide damping just like your strut/spring setup upon maximum travel of your suspension. The FRPP are softer b/c of the lowered vehicle. If you want shorter ones that have progressive damping as well then buy these. They sell front and rear separately. Click the link below for maximum motorsports bump stops.
