towing with my stang

im buying a 1990 fox and im stationed in California but the car is in Mississippi and my 06 is in Tennessee right now while im on deployment. am I able to tow back the fox with my car since the foxes really aren't that heavy?

Well I did some digging and found that the 06 only has a 1000lbs capacity but it should say in the owners book

You have 300+ lbs of torque, you should be good.

It's not the torque that's the problem. I assume you'd use a car dolly which is probably 500 pounds itself, idk but it doesn't sound like a good idea

The power to pull it is much less an issue as it is if the frame can handle that strain.

This is not a good idea. Mustangs are not meant to tow. You will strain the car is ways you will not notice immediately.
