Play and shaking at the drive train?

I have an 06 GT

As I'm pulling over speed bumps at an angle or going over the bump in front of my driveway, I can hear and feel something in the back of the car shaking and lurching side to side. Happens at all speeds.

Also as I'm shifting at low speeds usually 1-3rd gear, it makes the same sound if I let the clutch out even a little too fast, and the car lurches back and forth.

Is this a broken engine mount? Tranny mount? A shot damper? I'm stumped.

The lca's are aftermarket. J&m is the company that makes them I believe. Gonna take a look in the morning.

I have the same exact thing happening with my 2013 CS. I have the Ford warranty on it and was gonna have them look at it at my next oil change

Took it in and they said they couldn't reproduce the sounds or feeling but that the transmission is "known to ride rough"
