I've read somewhere that the amount of money you spend on underdrive pullies vs horsepower gain isn't worth it.

Headers add what 20rwhp on a good day, soo

Pypes headers with off road x pipe
754.00 for 20hp = 37.70 dollars per hp

Steeda UDPs
250 for 9hp = 27.77 dollars per hp

ZEX nitrous kit
574 for up to 175hp = 3.28 dollars per hp

Vortech Supercharger
4,039 for 120hp = 33.65 dollars per hp

Except headers free up gains for other mods without lowering the efficiency of the accessories on the engine.

Nitrous requires the bottle to be refilled so the HP to cost ratio eventually doesn't make sense. The HP per dollar argument is as bad as the HP per liter argument since weed eaters make more power per liter than most automotive engines.

I don't get this part. Who is *****ing about anything? I'm just offering the other side of the argument.
