Lemans Stripes

Well this happened..how should I go about repairing it?

I am guessing that is vinyl but maybe a white tape. I almost think you may need to replace but curious what others say

Put this in paint but try a can of white plasti dip, tape around the whole then spray and remove tape

That might not work looks like the vinyl is lifted

Cut out about an inch by inch piece then put in a inch by inch piece to replace it. I guess it'll have to do for now

Take a can of website plasti dip and spray it onto a plate, then take a small paint brush and carefully fill in the hole
