Long tubes numbers

Do all long tubes give the same HP/TQ numbers or some perform better then others? Don't have lots of money laying around is Mac any good or PaceSetter? My buddy got some Pacestter for his GTO and they sound good just paint is falling off lol

Pretty much all perform the same. Just depends on the quality, fitment and sound mainly.

That pscesetter paint isn't suppose to be on when its installed, it clearly says for shipping purposes and corrosion protection while its stored, how ever 2 of my GTO buddy's have the Armor coated pacesetters and after a few years still looks good

I bought a pair of used Mac Chrome headers and they chrome looked made and had surface rust forming, so I'm getting them coated

All headers are the same really, you'll have your band wagon fans, but my advice is to get pacesetters and have them ceramic coated or even buy them ceramic coated
