Tuner question

I have an '08 bullitt. It is completely stock as far as I know. Is there any advantage to buying a tuner or having it retuned?

The tuner really wakes your car up, so yes. And if you get free tunes for life you can tune it for each mod, can clear codes, read codes, etc...

Totally worth every penny. Even having the ability to diagnose error codes and data logging makes the tuner worth it for me.

I just went through the process of getting updated tunes for the CAI I have, so I know first hand how well Bama and AM go out of their way to help out.

Good luck!

You cant tune multiple cars once the tuner tunes one it's "married" to that car and has to become unmarried to marry another car lol

Yes, a custom tune is going to be worth it on any Mustang. Anywhere from bone stock, to heavily modified! Even on a stock car you're going to notice big gains in power, torque, acceleration, drive ability, gas mileage, throttle response, shift points (if auto) and much more. For every Bama Tune we ask you 19 questions about your specific Mustang, including your unique mods and style of driving. This will help us write you a completely custom tune!

Let me know if you need some assistance! You can give the Bama team a shout as well, they can be reached at the contact information below in my signature.

I agree, the ability to datalog and check/clear CEL's is a huge benefit of a Bama custom tuner! I'm glad to hear we were able to get you squared away and have a new tune sent out right away.

Enjoy your Bama tune!

Edmr,

We have tuned 1000's of cars and have had 0 issues when our tune has been installed on a consumer's car. Just a piece of mind when you are looking.

We currently launched a new tunes for life program that you can take advantage of here ...

Steeda Custom Mustang Performance Tunes

Do you currently have a tuner? You will need to purchase a tuner along with your tunes if that is the case ... the tuner and tunes combo is here:

SCT X3 Mustang Tuner w/ Steeda Certified Tunes 388-3000

Let me know if i can help answer any questions for you?

Best Regards,

TJ
