2 piece spark plug issues in 2009 GT

Does anyone know if Ford fixed the 2-piece spark plug breaking issue? I'm looking for a 2009 Mustang GT and I heard the problem was corrected in the 2009 model year GT's.
Thanks

08 & up models don't have those plugs. No worries on changing plugs.

Lisle makes a tool for broken 2 piece plugs. If you follow the proper procedure you should be able to get them all out in one piece.

Affected engine build dates are as follows: 5.4L 3V and 6.8L 3V before Oct. 9, 2007, 4.6L 3V before Nov. 30, 2007. The engine build date can be read on the left-hand cam cover information sticker.
