Are the curb weight and actual weight 2 different numbers cause I've read my curb weight to be 3500 but on my door it says 4450lb

Excellent question!!!

The lower weight is the weight that the car , typically, weighs when it's empty.
The higher weight is the gross weight of the car. That is the most that the car can "legally" weigh including passengers, baggage, etc.

What do you mean by lower weight? The 3500lb?

Yes, the "curb weight" is the lower number weight.
The "higher" number weight is the GVWR. That is the maximum weight that the car can safely and legally weigh when it is fully loaded.
