Clutch noise help!!

About three weeks ago my car started making this very annoying sound and I can't seem to figure out what it is. On a cold start seems to do it for about 4-5 min and gets louder as the clutch is disengaged. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

By disengaged do you mean it gets louder when you have pressure on the clutch pedal or when there is no pressure?

Yeah. Sounds like TO bearing then. The part itself is like $15. But you have to pull your clutch.
