4.10 gears install kit?

I'm going to get 4.10s this weekend. I have a 2005 GT with 11,300 miles. Do I need to buy the install kit or just the gears?

You will need the install kit, won't need the rebuild kit though.

$600 is a good price. 4.10 gear kit on AM is $280. I got quoted $275 for gear install from one of the best shops around. Total = $555 + tax is about $600
