rpm needle not working

Seems like the rpm needs just went crazy.. how do I Fix it

That's tough to answer. It could be the motor in the gauge, or the unit that sends the info to the gauge. I'm not sure how you'd troubleshoot an issue like that.

Just replace all the stepper motors in the the gauges had that happen to one an than soon the others followed its simple to so an doesn't cost that much all motors from eBay about $25

Pull the gauge panel held by plastic tabs than the cluster is held in by 4 7mm bolts I believe an pull it out an disconnect the cable than just unsolder the old ones an resolder the new ones but there are step by step instructions online

good write up already on it, sry not same forum but can buy them on ebay no more than 10$ but be carful not to rewin your circut board,,,, not comfortable with soder gun i would call a friend or someone that does cumputer work

I do stepper motor replacements on dashboards in my spare time. I can walk you through pretty easy if you know how to solder. Or if you're close by I can do it for you.
