Catback vs axelbacks?

I have flowmaster axelbacks and there a little loud but I was wondering if catbacks are louder and create more power?

Catbacks will sound pretty much similar to any axleback. It also won't create any extra power when compared to an axleback. If you want it louder, go with an x pipe.

You can go off-road or catted x. Off-road takes off the cats. Catted replace with high flow cats.

No, not exactly..there is still a little restriction with the cats, muffling the noise a bit. But should be louder than your stock mid pipe.
