It should fit, but it's possible you could have some computer issues. The Shelby's had a tune built in that's different than GT's. It may have had some other tweaks associated with Shelby. I assume you mean a Shelby and not a Shelby GT500. You could use the LCA's and some other suspension items maybe.

It's not a whole lot. But it does have better sway bars, lowered springs, CAI with tune, hurst shifter and of course badging on the seats.
