State inspection pass without cats ?

Have a 08 gt and I have off road h pipe I'm trying to see if there's any tips I can get to passing the emmisons test ? Greatly appreciated

If they do not do a sniffer test or a visual you will be fine

You will pass the emissions part of the inspection barring that there is no crazy cams and things done to your motor that we are not aware of but if the person doing the inspection does his/her job correctly then you will not pass the visual part where the look to see if you have cats.

I've got a mechanic that put the off road pipes on he just need the emmissions at the right level I herd giving it hell and adding that fuel injecter cleaner will help

just have to worrie about visual really, have 05 o/r h, but remeber that peace of paper is good for a year!!! so if u have your paper from last year and go get tag before it expires your good to go! if not make friends with mustangs and start asking around u will find someone else who has no catts and where they 'pass' there emisions at haha
