Do you mean like Lucas oil? The kind you put in the gas tank? I do but only when I do an oil change and tune up. not all the time

You can use seafoam every couple of fill ups or you can just use top tier gasoline (I use Shell V-Power) which has detergents and cleans my engine every time I drive and gets me better mpg.

I would say run seafoam more than a couple fills, more like every 10-15. It really isn't needed much on a well maintained engine. I'll usually use a bit in the oil 100 miles before i change it.
