Roush M-90

I purchased an m-90 kit from brenspeed in mid July and had it installed in early august. Last Friday it drove to work and began hearing a chattering noise while I was sitting at a light. Once I got to work, I work at a car dealership, I pulled it in the shop and the noise is coming from the blower unit, sounds like the rotor pack is contacting the case. It is currently awaiting tear down at a local shop that specializes in mustangs. Has anyone ever heard of one if these going up so quickly? Why does Roush only have a 90 day warranty? Has anyone ever had a blower rebuilt? I hear PSE and Steigmeier are the go to companies for rebuilds. Any suggestions, comments, concerns? Thanks, going out of my mind trying to figure out how to remedy this situation in the most cost effective way. The kit wasn't cheap to begin with.
