Porthane shifter bushing question

Does anyone have any experience with the Prothane shifter bushings? I have seen them on CJ Pony Parts and Latemodel Restoration. I was wondering if they will firm up the stock shifts. I don't mind the throw on my stock shifter but I would like to get more of a positive feel when completing the shifts. Thanks everyone!

I put them in. I didn't like the Hurst and preferred the stock shifter. I bought those and a new knob and called it a day. The shifts are definitely stiffer. No spongy feeling. Its worth $25 IMO.

Thanks for the info. I appreciate the input. I will be ordering a set of bushing soon.
