Will stock 17's fit 275 radials?

Will stock 17 inch wheels fit 275? I know there supposed to be on 10 inch wide wheels, but I think they'll squeeze on the factory 17. Has anyone done this?

Well I can tell you ur going to have a lot of top end. But with the 3500 stall maybe not??? I'd put the cams and stall in and see where your at. Since its an auto you won't be able to launch quite like the manuel trans. I'm just don't know much about the autos or ever drove one.

They're gonna bulge pretty bad and most shops won't mount them

What brand tires do you have? Nittos tend to fit skinny and the 315s on a 17X9 (same difference as a 17X8) bulge pretty bad. Walmart is staffed by idiots, most legit shops aren't gonna do that because it's a safety hazard.

Don't worry I don't go to walmart for anything any more but I know 4 people running 275 on the rear with no problems, and let me tell you they fit perfect I had nitto's first 3 sets then then nexen n3000 2 sets an I there was a safety hazard I would have had a problem bye now the way I drive lol

Man I'd go with the cams first so you really know way gear you want. But I regret going with 3.73 and not 4.10. The tires are just radials for the track. Not worried about the look so much as the performance. Nitto nt05 drag radial is what I thing I'm going with. Found 275/40/17 new for 200 a piece.
