Ford racing springs

The ford racing springs that say they only lower an inch will i need anything else? Ive read and read about all the lowering thats 1.5 and lower and say you have to have a bunch of other stuff to make everything right and functional but i havent read anything about just an inch all the way around

If you're just getting the FRPP P springs with only lower it 1", you should only need an adjustable panhard bar (do NOT get the aluminum J&M bar) and aftermarket shocks to replace the factory ones which are not valved to be used with a lowered stance. Get a set of Koni STR.T (orange) and the P springs with an adjustable steel panhard bar, and the GT500 strut mounts (reusing the factory mounds can lead to failing of the bearings and popping noises). If you were wanting to be safe, you could get adjustable camber plates if the factory tolerances for the factory camber don't allow you to get aligned properly. The tolerance for factory camber is .7 to -.7 degrees I believe so its possible you can't get back into factory spec with GT500 plates after lowering, most likely you'll be fine but its a possibility.

Agreed. If you want to get shocks to go along with your springs then get a set of Konis

The GT500 stuff isn't any better than the stock GT stuff really. Just order Koni Oranges, your choice of springs (FRPP P springs) like you wanted and grab an adjustable panhard bar and GT500 strut mounts.
