Gas pedal hard

Installed bbk cai and bbk 75mm throttle body and plenum and brand new intake manifold and for sum reason my gas pedal is hard just at the begining i have to push hard thats everytime i take my foot off the gas i checked it while the car is off and its soft regular is this normal or what should i check for

The vacuum that the engine is producing while it's running is holding the butterflies closed making the throttle feel sticky until you break the seal.
If you search cliffyk's posts, he explains, or posts a link, how to properly adjust a throttle body.

Well since this is 05-09 tech, a sticky gas pedal is unrelated to the butterflies on the TB since the S197 throttle control is electronic (there is no cable connection between the TB and gas pedal). Unless I missed what kind of car you have.

I figured as much from the TB size since the only upgrades for GTs are twin 62mm from the factory dual 57mm. Still wrong section
